The redemption code can only be used for Genshin Impact, and is valid from 2025-04-30 02:00:00 to 2025-07-30 23:59:59 (UTC+8) (“Redemption Period”). Redemption is only available during the Redemption Period. Unused codes will expire thereafter. You are advised to redeem the code promptly.

To redeem the code, visit https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift. Before redeeming a code, log in to your account and make sure you have created a character in the game and have linked your HoYoverse Account. Otherwise, you will be unable to redeem the code. The code is only valid for America, Europe, Asia, and TW/HK/MO servers. Select your server, input your Character Nickname, and then enter the code to redeem. Once redeemed, the rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox and will remain valid for 30 days — be sure to log into the game to claim them in time. Only users who have reached Adventure Rank 2 or above will receive the rewards.

There may be multiple types of redemption codes for different beauty boxes. Each redemption code can only be used once. The same Character cannot use redemption codes of the same type more than once.
